SoFiA members are entitled to eleven editions of the SoFiA Bulletin annually. Subscription fees for 2013 are:
- Single membership: $35 with paper Bulletin or $20 if you opt to receive the Bulletin as an email attachment.
- Couple membership (two members living at the same address): $45 with paper Bulletin or $30 with email Bulletin.
The preferred method for payment is direct bank transfer. Please email to request our bank account details. You'll need to use your own bank's online banking facility to make the payment. Please use your name in describing the payment.
- Subscriptions are due in February each year. If you join after February you will be sent the copies of the Bulletin you have missed, dating back to February. If you join during or after August you have the option of paying AUS$20 and receiving only the August-December editions.
- For overseas members, the SoFiA Bulletin is available only as an email attachment.

Payments through 'PayMate'
You will be asked the email address of who you want to pay. Please copy and paste (or manually enter) email@example.com. You'll also be asked to enter an order/eBay item number: please enter 001 for a membership payment.
If you're paying by credit card (an extra charge of approx. $2.50 applies) you can use the PayMate "Express Payment".
To pay by direct debit from your bank account through PayMate (a small extra charge applies), you need to register on the PayMate website. This involves you making a 'test' deposit so they can authenticate the bank account you wish to pay from.
